Quick estimates are usually returned within 48 hours. PDF reports and in-person reviews may take 3–5 business days depending on size.

❓ How do I send photos or videos?

You can upload them through our contact form, email, or DM us on Instagram or Facebook. We'll guide you through the process if needed.

❓ Do I need to ship my collection to you?

Only for our Send-In Review service. For all others, photos and video are fine. In-person evaluations are available if you're located within 100 miles β€” or anywhere in the U.S. for Tuxedo Delivery.
