• We are not responsible for any loss, theft, or damage that occurs during shipping to or from our facility. Clients are responsible for packaging items securely when sending in collections.
    Return shipping for evaluation services is covered by us unless otherwise noted. No refunds are offered for completed services.

  • All evaluations are based on current market trends and recent sales data. While we strive for accuracy, The Vested Collector is not liable for fluctuating values post-evaluation or any financial decisions made based on our estimates.
    We are not licensed appraisers, nor do we guarantee sale prices.

  • We treat every collection with care and professionalism. While we cannot guarantee market results, we do guarantee that all evaluations and reports will be completed with integrity, transparency, and respect for your collectibles.

  • We will never share your personal information, photos, or collection details without your explicit permission. Any data submitted through the website or email is used solely to fulfill the requested service or inquiry.

  • All service payments are due in full before delivery of reports or completion of evaluations. We accept payments via PayPal and Square (credit/debit). Custom services may require a 50% deposit.

  • We reserve the right to decline service on any collection if we feel the items fall outside our expertise, if there is suspicion of fraud, or if we cannot reasonably assign value with confidence.

  • Tuxedo Delivery includes hand delivery of high-value items within the continental U.S. (excluding Alaska and Hawaii). Starting fee is $1,000, with additional travel fees as applicable. Liability for contents during transit is assumed by The Vested Collector only while in direct possession.
